It's been 4 years since I ordered almost exclusively from Lavaux, very fast delivery, never had any problems after a lot of orders including two rifles, until the day I ordered a Troy Par 222, good defective on arrival, impossible to completely bring back the breech block behind the charger so impossible to chamber etc.. after-sales service contact a return receipt made (very quickly), and then a little more complicated, no real communication once arrived, you have to contact them yourself, finally in resolution the problem was recognized and a new rifle was to be sent to me the next morning, the next morning neither sent nor planned as I confirmed a man on the phone he did not understand and therefore asked the after-sales service to contact me again, in the afternoon I received a shipping confirmation, but from the same rifle that I had sent back without informing myself (I was staying on a change of rifle as planned), I realized it alone because no new Cerfa etc.. but with one part changed (I contacted after-sales service for explanations once I understood that it was the same rifle), well it works now the work has been done, but if there was an improvement to be made in Lavaux from my experience, it would be at the after-sales service level which lacks communication the rest I have nothing to say so it remains a very good store despite this point to improve

By comparing the sites, I found the black powder I wanted from them at the best price, package well received, rarely seen a package so well packaged/protected and I found the delivery time very correct for a product which was not not in stock with them but with the supplier (4 days). On the other hand, no response to the email for information and the premium rate number to contact them is not normal in my opinion, having to pay in the event of a problem/after-sales service just for a contact credit does not suit me, that's why I will not recommend and I will stay on this great experience.. thank you!

1 star because 0 is not possible: Purchase of a pietta remington buffalo brass frame. The revolver is new. Upon receipt I did not notice the major defect (which the gunsmith should have seen, it's his job I imagine). After disassembly and cleaning a day later, I realized that the barrel had enormous lateral play. After dismantling I realized that the frame of the revolver was at fault: the hole in the barrel stopper was completely misshapen, which meant that the stopper latch moved in all directions from left to right. So far, not Lavaux's fault. I am contacting them to provide feedback, supporting photos and videos. They accept and send me a voucher. At first they agreed to reimburse me or give me a credit. Having realized that they were going to be closed from December 22, 2023 to January 4, 2023, I finally asked them for a refund, and today, December 18, 2023, I received an email from after-sales service after 10 days to tell me that they were going to send the revolver to Pietta after-sales service (since I no longer want a credit but a refund) because the revolver has traces of dismantling... So apparently since I dismantled it and did their job for them, the screws (which are made of butter at Pietta) are slightly marked so we have to send the revolver to the brand's after-sales service? I strongly advise against this gun store based on my experience. New customer but I regret every penny spent with them.
